Comment: I reached out to swap partner and she said she'd resend. I have still not recieved anything and swap deadline was in April. if something is recieved I will change to a 3. update: after posting rating swapper reached out to me and said I was "threatening" her with my rating. I feel as though my rating is fair. the swap date deadline is far gone and even with 2 months of post, over a month late. I received from my other partner and both mine sent have been recieved. I am sorry for the 1, but it is justified. I reached out 2 months ago and was told she'd resend and message me tracking, that never happened and I haven't heard from her since until I rated.
