Comment: Unfortunately my rating of 3 is due to the fact that you did not adhere to the swap requirements. The swap states that all 12 items are to be new, store bought items with tags on them. These items are to be at least one dollar in value. The items you sent me were mostly not new-no tags on any of the items. In fact two items were damaged. The elf pin switch was disconnected and the tissue box cover was torn in multiple places. I contacted you first, before rating to allow you the opportunity to fulfill the swap requirements. Instead you blamed the damages on the postal service and told me to rate as I will. Then, you recontacted me and stated that since I did not believe that the items were purchased at a fundraiser for domestic violence victims, I should return the items to you and then you would go to the 99 cents store to purchase other items. Yet again, not how the swap works. If the items were purchased at a fundraiser, fine. However, that is still not the terms stated for how the swap works. My rating of 3 stands for all the reasons stated above.
