I'm giving you a rating of 3 because I did finally receive but it didn't meet the swap requirements as far the date you sent and you didn't fill out the notecard according to what the swap requirements were. Thank you for sending! I'll change this rating once I receive. The swap was due out by May 31. The swap shows that you clicked that you sent on May 31. I hadn't received and messaged you on June 19 letting you know that I hadn't received yet so that's why I hadn't rated you. Your reply to my message was: "It will go out today! I’m so sorry!". So, if you did send it on May 31, why would you apologize and say you're sending it that day? Which makes me think, it wasn't sent on May 31 even though that's when you clicked on the swap, saying that you sent. I did inform the swap host of the situation so she would be aware why I hadn't rated you yet. It's now July 7 and I still haven't received. So that's why I'm rating you a 1. Once I do receive, I will change the rating.
