Comment: I was contacted by you on 7/14/22 stating you would be a few days late sending swap. Swap is marked as being sent 7/20/22. It is now 8/6/22 - I Have Not Received Swap and it has now been 3 weeks since you contacted me. I attempted to contact you on 8/2/22 and 8/4/22 by messaging you. Both messages are unread, and I have not heard from you. It is now 8/8/22 and my messages to you are still unread, and no swap has been received. Again, as I stated in my message to you - I am very sorry your husband is having issues. I can sympathize because I am having my own serious issues, with constant pain and not being able to sleep. However, I am still mailing my swaps on time. Therefore, I must rate you a "1" for this swap.
