Comment: One of the rules of the swap was to make sure the card you made is not based on your giftee's dislikes. The other cards could, but not the one you created yourself. She did not follow that rule. Her card included a dislike of mine, not to mention add ons that I also mention I do not use in my profile, so I got the impression she did not read my profile at all, made the card, and packed up the swap before partners were assigned, which I know most if not all swap creators frown upon. I politely messaged both her and the swap coordinator. I received a reply from craftqueen saying that she, too, had been in touch with the coordinator, who told me first that she'd be happy to angel, then said to work it out between us. Then the creator and craftqueen decided between them, without discussing what I felt would be a decent thing to do, that I would have to pay, literally, for her not reading the swap rules, and return the ATC before she would send another. I sent a message clarifying the request to send the ATC she made back even though I was not the one who did something wrong. All she replied with was "Yes." I started off polite, but after that, I will admit I did get a little rude, as craftqueen likes to comment on the low ratings. It is not fair to ask someone to pay the price of a stamp, and risk her claiming it was never even returned so she would not have to send a replacement, when all I wanted was for her to send a card that was not based on my dislikes. Based on her attitude, I really wanted to rate a 1, but as I did receive something, even if it was clearly against the swap rules, I had to rate a 3.

Comment: I'm okay with the fact that this was sent out a little late. I'm NOT okay that the package looks like it was tossed together at last minute. No where near $5-$10 limit (as listed by the coordinator in the comment section) . The items did start with my initial but obviously never looked at my profile. Very disappointing package.
