Comment: I feel bad doing this, but you joined a swap knowing you wouldn't be able to send out on time. I realize this is an email swap, and so some would consider it not as important as a type 2 or 3 swap, but I try to treat all swaps the same when it comes to rating, and you sent 3 days after swap deadline.

Comment: Im not sure you deserve a 5 rating as you did not send me 1 kawaii letter set at all, though instead sent me other random bits. I'm sorry to have rated you a 3, but you did not meet the requirements for the swap. If you could not find kawaii letter sets you should not have joined, I also wish you would have contacted me about this too instead of randomly sending flat other things. We could have worked things out if you would have contact me, instead you took it into your own hands to send other random items. I'm sorry about this but hopefully you won't join swaps that you are not sure you can fulfil the requirements.
