Comment: This swap was marked sent on 2/29/2016, it has now been almost a month and this is a USA swap and I have not received this swap. I contacted Angela on the 3/19/2016 about not receiving this swap. She wrote back promptly stating that she didn't know what the hold up was. I wrote back asking her if there was a tracking number, and she then wrote back again, saying that she would get it in the morning (3/20) and send it to me. She wrote back again on 3/20 saying that she has had issues with her mail carrier/post office and that she doesn't know what happened. I wrote her last night asking for the tracking number again because honestly after reading her other 1's and 3's i see this is a pattern. Needless to say, she has been online today, and the message has gone unread, which means to me that she isn't going to supply the tracking number like she said she would because A she doesn't have one or B she never sent this swap out like she said. Ultimately I am giving her a 1 because I feel she has pretty much lied to me as she has not made any effort to send me the tracking number and that she has not sent this swap out at all. I wish people could just be honest. When someone flakes, it takes the fun completely out of Swap Bot. Angela has been on SB since 2013 and she knows how everything works, so this is rather disappointing. She said that if I didn't get it by the end of this week that she would resend. Honestly, I am not interested. The creator of this swap will be angeling this for me, which means If Angela would like to send anything, please send it to the creator of this swap as she is picking up the slack for you. Please contact her to make arrangements to send to her. Thank you.

Comment: I am sorry to have to do this, but the send by date was 30th August, you actually marked it sent on the 17th August, but it still has not arrived. I sent you a message which you have read but not replied to, and my second message has not been read, though you have logged in to swap bot since I sent it. I will happily change the rating if I receive anything. Just as an update - you contacted me in July 2014 asking if you could make this up to me. I advised that the rating could be altered to a 3 if you sent the swap out, which you replied that you would. To date still nothing received.
