Comment: I am sorry for this horrible rating, but it's been over 3 weeks since the "send by" date (March 6.) Will definitely change it when I receive the postcard. I usually wait longer for an international swap, but this is a special circumstance. The swap was marked "Sent" on March 5, but then a PM was received, saying that the card was mailed out on March 28. Clicking "Sent" before actually mailing out the swap is a big taboo, as the integrity of the whole site depends on the honor of each swappers. There were no communications before this PM.
