I am struggling here if i should give you a five rating or a 3. I decided for a three rating. Because you did not contact me that you would send 3 days late. You pmed me 25th september that you got the package back and will send it again. On the envelope are two dates: the date you go to the po and filled out the custom form 3. October and it looks like they forget the package on your post office because there are two additional stamps with the date 31. October. So maybe you could complain about it in your po?
