Comment: Admittedly you hoodwinked me but after going back through my records and closely examining the postmark date of your handmade PC I realized you have not been truthful at all. Blaming the Chilean PO for something that is obviously your wrongdoing is unethical and not the Swap-bot way.

Comment: On December 11, 2017, you messaged me to ask if I would mind if you created a handmade pc for this swap, to which I replied that I did not mind at all. On January 7th, 2018, you posted to the swap comments that you had mailed on time but had forgotten to mark sent. Today, April 24, 2018 I received your pretty, handmade postcard, but the postmark was March 17, 2018. Now if you had mailed this on time, you would have no way to know it had not been received by me, because due to my own book keeping error, I failed to notice this was not received and thus failed to contact you or rate you a 1. There were no other communications between us, so my only conclusion is that you never sent these until March. I hate to leave poor ratings,mbut feel that this is very justified. I do appreciate you following through with the swap, but feel that others should be aware that not only does the Chilean postal system tend to lose things, but that sometimes it is not their fault, but your poor time management that is to blame.

Comment: Updated 17/3/18: I finally received the last package she sent. Unfortunetely the things she sent do not meet the requirements of the swap. She was suppose to send three profile-based items with the minimum spending limit of 15 USD before shipping. She sent a supermarket brand of camomile tea (it says in my profile I'm not fond of camomile), a small glas of marmelade (again I said in my profile I don't really enjoy marmelade and I really have only a few dislikes on my profile because tea and food-wise I'm really easy to please!), a small spice package that has no label so I don't know what it is and a Christmas deco heart. I have asked a Chilean friend what the price range for these products is in Chile and she told me she would have paid around 5-6 USD which is way below the minimum spending. I am more than happy to change my rating once I receive this swap. UPDATED 8/3/18: I am not sure why you keep talking about a 3rd resend?! You first told me that your husband's cousine would fly to Germany on 12 January 2018 and that he would mail your resent-package from here. Then you said you made a mistake but your brother-in-law was still in Chile and he would fly back to Germany on 8 February 2018. Also I have not received a tracking number for the first or for the second resend yet! UPDATED 22/3/18: Fransica sent me an email on 18 March 2018 telling me that she talked to the postal service and that all previous packages went missing. She said she sent a new package on 17 March 2018 and this time she provided me with a tracking number that proves she sent the package out. She said it is the fourth time she is sending a package. The first time was the original package, the second time when her husband's cousin agreed to take the package with him to Germany but there was no more space in his suitcase (don't get how this is a actual resend because the intention alone is not enough), the third time 5 weeks after the incident with her husband's cousin and the fourth time on 17 March 2018.

Comment: With this swap happened the same as in the previous, you asked me to send through another shipping company, I told you that there was no problem, but the dates do not match the shipment either. Then I find out that you supposedly sent the same swap through the chile post office, which I never knew and never found out. As far as I know, the idea of sending by Starken was to avoid all the drama that chile post has, but it was never because a swap was lost. I insist, I always had good disposition and I was understanding, it was something to talk about it and say that you could not send to the date, I would have understood.

Comment: It's regrettable to have to put this rating, but given the circumstances I will do it. In general, I am very patient and very understanding, because I know the mail service we have in Chile, but there are things that I don't understand. You told me that you sent the swap, but that it missed some washi samples, that you noticed and sent another immediately. I only got the first one, but the second one did not and I never had a tracking number or anything, even though I asked for it to be able to do the procedures in my post office. Then you sent me the other swap but the dates do not match. As I said before, I keep the good vibes at all times, in fact we always communicate, but you were never very clear about the envelopes or the dates you sent and that is unfortunate because I think I was always understanding and I was willing to talk and everything, after all there were only very few things missing, I would have understood, but I would have liked you to be sincere from the beginning. This I say because I knew that you sent him the document of the alleged return to the host, but the number does not match or does not exist in the Chilean postal registers.
