But I have no way of knowing when you mailed it, or if it is a resend or the original, since, unfortunately the postmark does not even show a date. On the principle that you never responded to my messages or the original rating I gave you, I am giving you a 3, because I truly believe it was never mailed until I started prodding you. If you want to discuss the matter further, I am very reasonable and open to an appeal. But I can't feel good about giving you a 5 when you completely ignored my messages. I never got your story, and although my message to you shows 'read,' you haven't replied. I contacted the swap coordinator, and she recommended that I rate a 1 until you respond and/or resend the swap. Ordinarily in an international swap, I'd assume it was still in the mail, but we are both located in the US, and I think that a flat piece of mail that was sent on Jan 26th ought to have arrived to me by now. Please get back to me or resend the swap. I will rerate you if I ever receive the story. I'm really understanding, and I hate giving anyone a low rating.
