Comment: The requirement was to use 5 different washi tapes but you only used 2. We messaged and you said you sent another on May 23rd however I still haven't received anything and you never responded to my June 15th or July 13th message.

Comment: I'm sorry, but I need to mark you a "3" for the swap. I wish you had contacted me prior to the swap that it would be late. The last day to mail was the 9th. There was no prior communication from you that the swap would be late. You emailed me on 4/15/19 and stated, "Sorry, forgot to mark it. I’ll do so now." The postal date on the actual swap envie is 4/15. You did not mail the swap until after I had contacted you, on the 14th. Again, I'm sorry I had to rate this way.
