Comment: I got a card with some enclosed tea. However, I had to pay extra postage because sender did not include proper postage. When you mail tea, you really need to include postage for an extra ounce. Also, swap name and user ID were not on swap. It makes it harder to rate when this is the case. Swapper may want to consider joining Newbie Helper Group to learn more about swapping.
