I sent you a PM when your swap arrived on May 3rd, saying that it wasn't pink enough to meet the swap's posted requirements, e.g., in a plain white envelope, and most everything arrived bent because it wasn't packed carefully to prevent that from happening. Comment: Hi Courtney, I sent you a couple messages regarding this swap on April 28 which was read, and again on May 3 which you have not read, stating that this swap was ripped open on the side while in the mail and when the envelope arrived at my house, there was no memo pad in the envelope due to un-reinforced packaging of the swap. Since the main element of this swap was not received, I will need to rate you a 3 for the swap until it can be resent. Once the swap is resent, I will re-rate accordingly. Thanks.
