Comment: This swap for a single Hello Kitty themed ATC had a May 18 mail date. On June 7, I sent a PM that was never answered. On July 1, the day I was going to rate a 1 for it not being sent, got a PM saying the swap had come back as "return to sender: unable to forward" and asking for my "new address." My address has never changed and I replied to send it to the address on the swap. Before that July 1 message, there was never any communication (via PM, post on profile or e-mail) that there had been a mailing problem. An ATC finally arrived on July 6. For a late swap and no communication, I'm rating a 3.

Comment: I believe this is a fair rating. Brenda, please measure your ATC's before sending. Partner was upset that I contacted about the measurements, but it looked too small on all sides, that's why I measured. Replacement sent appeared "thrown together quickly" as it was a cut out map and a playing card, which I received as that (unattached) and received after the 2nd deadline given, due to partners disconcern (which was ample time to create and mail);partner was unreasonable in correspondence and unwilling to fix and send out with a quick turnaround.
